We stand firmly behind the products you purchase from us and will work with you to make every purchase a pleasant experience. If, at any time, you find a product to be unsatisfactory, please contact us for assistance.

 

Handling Time


Please allow 1-3 business days for Maxliner Inc. to process your in-stock orders. Orders for items that are not in stock may take longer. If you have a time-sensitive shipment, please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

 

Shipping Policy


We ship our orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or major freight carriers for large orders. Orders are typically shipped from our facilities within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been received. Order status updates and shipment tracking information will be provided via email. Once an order has left our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carriers. If an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us.


We ship only within the 48 continental United States (No shipping to Alaska and Hawaii).

 

Shipping Delays


We are working hard to ensure the fastest delivery possible, but your order may take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order takes longer than the maximum estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will track down your order and provide you with a status update.

 

Undeliverable Shipments & Change of Order


Customers must provide a valid shipping address and telephone number at checkout. Our shipping carrier will make several delivery attempts. Typically, a shipment will be returned to us after the third delivery attempt. In the event your package is returned, you will incur a return shipping fee charged by the shipping carrier.

 

Once an order has been picked up by a shipping carrier, any changes to the order, such as item(s) or shipping address changes, will incur a processing fee charged by the shipping carrier.

 

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping and processing fees from any leftover balance of your order.

 

Backorder Policy


If an item is out of stock but will be restocked within 30 days, you have the option to place it on backorder. If an item is on backorder, all items in your order will ship together once everything is in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.

 

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections


We reserve the right to change prices and make any price corrections for products at any time. Please note that price reductions or promotions will not apply to orders placed prior to the price reduction or outside the promotional period.

 

Sales Tax


The calculation and collection of sales tax are determined by the customer’s location. In compliance with U.S. law, Maxliner Inc. is required to apply the sales tax rate based on the buyer’s shipping address.
